In 2006 we purchased
Avalon Place. We saw a great deal of potential
in the community and were
drawn to it because of the longevity of many of it's residents.
A new professional
management team has been brought in to take care of
the residents of Avalon
Place. One of the managers oversees administrative and maintenance issues,
while the other is in
charge of leasing and renovation. Both have extensive property management
experience and are
highly committed to addressing the cares and concerns of our residents.
Along with the new
management, we are making several other new changes
to the property.
A few of these include:
- Newly remodeled
units with designer coordinated
color, carpet, vinyl, kitchen
cabinets, bath cabinets, lighting
fixtures and appliances.
- New security
intercoms
- New exterior
entry doors and locks
- Wireless internet
in the clubhouse

designed exterior lighting
- New roofs for the
buildings
- New balcony decks
- New exterior
paint
- Improvements in
the asphalt and carports
- Even new trash
dumpsters!
