Love my apartment community. My neighbors are great- never have noise complaints. Management addresses issues almost instantly. My stove stopped working and maintenance came in the very same day to fix. Highly recommend!!

Great experience working with management from application to move in. The apartments are well maintained and in a quiet neighborhood. There is access to nature nearby. Maintenance crew works hard for us and do a great job; always reliable and caring.

I just had a baby girl and for me DeWitt is a good place to start a family. We have been living in one of the townhouses in Avalon Place and I’m glad that we chose a townhouse instead of the apartments. We never had any problems except that one time when we thought there was a leak and I was told that it won’t be fixed for 2-3 days but they fixed it the next day.

The application process was simple and very timely. Kari provided excellent service, answered any and all of my questions, and made the process very smooth. Upon move-in, there were just a couple of minor issues. Once they were reported, the issues were taken care of the next day.
